WANTED: The Client Coordinator will work with the team to provide exceptional service to Virtual's clients and applicants by processing assigned applications following contract guidelines, and responding to client and applicant inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Also, work on any special projects that the team needs to complete on an as needed basis. This is a remote position, but can also work out of our Nashville, TN office.

  • Process assigned applications within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Review documents for eligibility as needed, following documented processes and requirements.
  • Generate responses to candidates regarding application discrepancies.
  • Prepare and mail exam admission materials as needed.
  • Process score reports and notices.
  • Promote positive Virtual's experience with all clients and candidates.
  • Maintain coordinator instruction manual and edit as needed.
  • Review Customer Service FAQ's for assigned profession(s) on a monthly basis for accuracy.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries in accordance with instructions in the Customer Service FAQ's, PCS website, and coordinator manual.
  • Respond to all phone calls and emails within one (1) business day and log interaction in the PCS system.
  • Assist associate coordinator with phone coverage as needed to help ensure call abandonment rate stays below 15% of total calls.
  • Review websites for assigned professions on a monthly basis for accuracy.
  • Handle documents considered confidential in a secure manner.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workplace.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

As our next Client Coordinator, you will bring:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with MS Office Suite
  • Professional phone manner
  • Internet service if working remotely
