WANTED: A team player that demonstrates service excellence and problem-solving skills. The Service Delivery Coordinator must be efficient and organized with a make-it-happen attitude. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment with internal and external customers.  

SUMMARY

This position will work closely with internal and external customers to assist with all aspects of the meetings, events and exam registrations, post registration event activities and ongoing communication with registrants.

A DAY IN THE LIFE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Administer and support client meeting and event registration activities
  • Assist with scheduling candidates for exam services
  • Set up meetings and events in Virtual's registration system
  • Manage and update web content as needed
  • Process payments and run weekly reports for registrants with outstanding balances
  • Respond to high volume of inbound email, including responding to trainee questions and information requests
  • Prepare weekly registration status reports for internal and external clients
  • Document and update processes
  • Work with Operations leadership to ensure processes are efficient, timely, and secure
  • Ensure negotiable instruments and documents considered confidential are handled in a secure manner.
  • Send reminder emails to registrants with outstanding balances
  • Manage and update web content as needed
  • Provide post conference reports and reconcile payments
  • Other duties may be assigned

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Two or more years' experience working with Cvent registrations, events, and hospitality management technology highly desired
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
  • Detail-oriented, with effective organizational and problem-solving including ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Solid writing and editing skills
