WANTED: A team player with a make-it-happen kind of attitude who understands the importance of working with clients toward success. The Program Coordinator will collaborate with a dynamic team on a variety client projects and initiatives. 



The Program Coordinator oversees day-to-day client services operations and supports the Client Services Team - a great group of people that work together to ensure client satisfaction.  Duties focus on team and client support as well as project implementation.



  • Respond to complex member inquiries and requests.
  • Process new members and handle renewals.
  • Assist in developing membership recruitment materials
  • Support client team members and provide administrative support including drafting of various reports.
  • Assist in producing collateral, presentations and other marketing materials.
  • Help coordinate conference calls and face-to-face meetings e.g. Board of Directors, Executive Committees, Working Groups, Member Meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for trade shows and events; shipping, collateral production, promotional items, etc.
  • Assist with client website and database management
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.



  • 1-2 years of Program Associate or Executive Assistant experience;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Writing experience important;
  • Associates degree required, bachelor's preferred;
  • Computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Willingness and ability to travel, if required (5%, both international and domestic, valid passport required)
  • Detail-oriented, with strong, effective organizational, problem solving and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently with limited supervision, as a team member and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be comfortable in a collaborative small-company environment and demonstrate a "rolled up sleeves" working style
